If 30 days have passed since your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.” This means that you will receive a prorated refund for the amount of time you have pre-paid for but not used. As with the 30 day guarantee, you will be charged a pro-rated charge for any free domain points you are utilizing as well as a set-up fee if you have not finished your initial billing cycle and did not pay this set-up fee at signup.

If you have any extra products (eChat, Merchant Services, SpamGaurd, SSL certificates, etc), please specify if you would like them canceled as well. 多久能收到退款，这个也不能确定，有的长有的短。

注册的免费域名吗，可以继续使用。不过IX不在提供解析了，所以你要更改NS到其他的地方，就可以了。

域名要扣你19.99刀,如果域名不错还是转出吧
