现在Basic Hosting Plan 多少钱？稳定吗？

想买一个美国主机，考虑用LunarPages中的Basic Hosting Plan，今天去看了一下，怎么价格是：
12 Months (8.95 USD/mo + FREE Setup) Basic
Dedicated IP：$4.95 per month

大家不是说这个主机是$4.95 per month吗？想问一下现在的价格是多少？如果这么贵是不是不如买bluehost的好了？

主机是8.95美金/月，独立IP4.95美金/月

有在用HM, 但是他们家的MYsql的管理只能是总帐管理，独立用户不能单独管理，很不方便，想bluehost和他是一家，是不是这些功能都是一样的？

貌似出了dreamhost可以单独管理，其他都只有一个总面板，一个总账户
你是想把空间分给别人使用吧，只有dreamhost可以，其他都不行
