我申请了支付宝退款,他们回复了这个请问什么意思?我要怎么做,谢谢!

我3月4日申请的退款,到现在还没退回来

我从2月26日申请退款,到3月14日支付宝到账,漫长的等待啊

IX效率实在是不敢恭维,大家多点耐心吧

你进入到ticket中心里面,有一个ticket的,看那上面写的内容,然后回复他。
还要把续费状态改为不在续费即“'Don't Renew'”。
