Orders made with the AliPay payment method must be completely refunded and are not eligible for partial refunds. Since the domain registration was not canceled with 5 days, the entire receipt would not be refundable. However, if you wish to keep the domain, we can charge you separately for the domain and then issue you a refund for the original purchase. I have placed a charge of $10.87 USD in your shopping cart. You will need to complete this charge using any payment method of your choosing. Once the purchase is made, reply to this email and we will issue you a refund for the original receipt.

In the other incident, we have explained that orders made with the AliPay payment method must be completely refunded and are not eligible for partial refunds, and have offered you an alternative option to allow us to refund your original receipt if you process an order to pay for your domain through a new order. Please follow the directions in the other email that was sent to you and respond to either email (but not both) to let us know when the order is processed so we may refund the original order in our system for your domain and hosting purchase.
Please note, we are extending this refund offer as a courtesy, as the hosting is also outside the regular refund time frame.
