刚开通了 LunarPages 空间，有些问题要请教。。。

我昨晚花了 1000 多 RMB 开通了 LunarPages 空间，
暂时有下面问题想请教：

1. 速度很慢

关掉所有其它网络软件，使用 FlashFXP FTP 客户端软件进行测试：

上传：
已传送: NokiaMT.exe 577 KB 于 52.43 秒 (11.0 KB/秒)

下载：
已传送: NokiaMT.exe 577 KB 于 1 分 8 秒 (8.5 KB/秒)


上面的成绩已经是多次测试后，挑出最快的一次了。。。

。。。好慢啊，这样无法正常用的。。。




以下是 ping 的情况

ping www.lunarpagescn.com 速度还可以，200 ms 左右。

ping 官方网站，也是 200 ms 左右。

而 ping 我的网站的时候，却是 400+ ms...

2. 我同时还申请了独立 IP，是不是没这么快开通？
3. 独立 IP 和速度有关系吗？
4. 该如何解决速度问题。。。

一下提了几个问题，希望能够得到解答，谢谢啊~~~

用cute ftp看看，换一下不同的连接模式，port和pasv都试一下

用 CuteFTP 反复测试了几次

其中有些速度惨不忍睹，

最好的成绩仅仅是：

1. 下载速度

Pasv 模式：6.83 KB/s
Port 模式：6.91 KB/s

2. 上传速度

Pasv 模式：12.83 KB/s
Port 模式：14.48 KB/s


怎么办。。。

看你ping的反应时间挺好的

有没有开防火墙，瑞星之类的关掉看看。
你使用的带宽多大

如果觉得服务器不好的话，可以联系LP更换一个服务器，LP可以帮你免费换一次。

如果已经觉得不想用LP的话，可以退款，30天内可以退款。

我这个还算好啊？？全天都是 400 多。

看到别人 LP 站好多 200 左右而已。。。

我没开防火墙，

装的是 2M ADSL，访问别的网站，下载文件都很快的。


刚才又测试了自己的网站，下载 6.1 KB/s 上传 8.2 KB/s

我这个是 LP Windows 主机解决方案，难道都是这么慢的？

我始终认为 LP 应该不会这么慢，可是却被我遇上。。。

LP有慢服务器的，以前也有会员遇到过。一般是由于所在服务器的邻居太强造成的。

联系客服换个服务器应该就OK。

独立IP开通比较慢，而且和网站速度没有关系

联系 LP 客服，除了电话外，什么途径比较快和方便？是通过邮件吗？

有没有相关的帖子或者案例指导下换服务器申请这方面的东西，谢谢两位超级版主热心回答。
