1. 我现在在用inmotionhosting, 但是是因为这个网站说一直被评测的很好，现在不知道是国内的网络问题还是这个网站的问题，打开使用我的网站非常慢。   www.scooterpartsmania.com

2. 大家有什么推荐可以存放zencart，php ,类似我这样的网站的空间？ 我需要国外客户的读取速度比较好。国内我们要上架产品和维护后台，也希望速度稳定性好一些。

3. 如果转移的话，如何取消付款？因为我已经1年到期，但是似乎他直接就从我credit card扣款了，我不知道如何设置可以在我转移到新空间后，他可以不扣款。

4. 新空间转移怎么可以做到平滑，及不要让客户有任何时段无法打开？

不要遇到一两次访问慢就急着换空间，很多都是因为国内网络在调整导致的，有时候换了也无济于事，费事也费钱

谢谢，我已经写EMAIL给他们。 你觉得路由上的问题，主机商应该有能力可以修复吧？另外一点，国外的客户读取我网站的时候，是否路由方式可能不同？即他们可能会跟我一样有问题，但是也有可能快吧？

Looking over the trace results I currently see your latency spikes between the 8th and 9th hops and continues do so. These hops are ways away from our actual network and most likely part of the backbone bandwidth for your Internet Service Provider. The very same occurs on the second trace, the time outs and latency ocurrs outside our network, though you do eventually hit our servers.

Typically bandwidth issues like these are resolve through the course of 24hrs, I would strongly advise in contacting your ISP and providing them these trace routes to determine if they are having issues on their bandwidth network.  At this time we are unable to replicate the latency you are having on your domain, I am able to load it immediately.
