误点cancel account后客服回复（已解決問題）

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued for the receipt in question. Due to the payment method used for this order, we require all services originally purchased from the same Alipay order to be canceled before a refund can be issued. Once the additional services from receipt #221383126 have been canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your refund request.

Please note: Cancelation and refund of certain services will also cancel any free services associated with it.

To cancel any item in your account, please use the following instructions:

Select 'Payments and Renewing Items' from the 'Renewals' menu.
Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Item' button.
Select 'Cancel Now' in the menu that appears to the right.
Click on 'Save Changes'.
