You can at this time use paypal to make payments on your hosting accounts here.  Up until now, we were only allowing these customers to pay using a bank wire or Western Union.  Moving forward, we will also allow them to use Paypal to pay.  The only exception will be dedicated servers.  The initial payment for the dedicated servers will still need to be made using a bank wire or Western Union, but after that you may use Paypal to pay
