[提问] 版主 怎么不给我做退款处理啊??

1. I created several tickets these days, but your response is too slow. Especially, the last ticket has past nealy 72 hours.

2. Most of my visitors live in China. They say that my site is too slow.

So, I must request refund.

我的已经退了 对IX彻底失望 但十分感谢美国主机侦探的代沟和退款

你不要连续发那个ticket。。
这个处理需要一定的时间的。

因为我看到其他人都已经退款了,要么也已经转到退款部门了,我的一点动静都没有,太着急了!

版主,您意思是我就先等等是吗??等他们给我转到退款部门??我就是担心过了30天不给我退款。

你可以联系一下他们的live chat 询问关于这个ticket的情况。
应该是按照你提交申请的日期来算吧,这个,你可以问问他们的在线客服。
