To retrieve your customer number or password hint or to reset your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" hyperlink in the login area on the home page.

Cancellation Instructions: To cancel an item, go to GoDaddy.com and log in. From the My Renewals & Upgrades section on the left side of the page, click "Payments & Renewing Items." Select the item(s) from the list that you'd like to cancel and select the "Cancel Item" button.

出现CANCELLED（就是被取消）后缀的项目，就意味着已经过期，并不再能被续费。如果一个项目已经被取消（有那个cancelled后缀的）掉了，那所有连带的数据文件、数据库和邮件等都已经从服务中删除，并不能恢复。

如果在Next Billing Date一栏中有一个日期的话，那还是可以续费的

续费步骤：

   1. On the GoDaddy.com home page, under the My Renewals & Upgrades section, select the item you wish to renew. 登陆godaddy首页，在My Renewals & Upgrades部分的下面，选择您想续费的项目
   2. If prompted, log in with your username or customer number and password.
     如果有提示，用您的用户名和密码登陆即可

这封信的标题是Product Failed Billing Notification，好像是说我购买某个产品的订单失败了，不知道我的理解是否正确？
