这个还没有给你转到退款部门的。。
你要再回复说明的要求退款才行。。

我也是相同的问题,老是说把问题提交到一位经理来解决问题。。。同求好的解决方法让IX退款给我们啊。

遇到这样回复的,要再继续回复,表明已确定退款,一般都会转到退款处理的。
