问一个godaddy注册的tc域名的问题

在godaddy注册一个tc域名，要到今年7月份过期的，
但是域名显示Pending Registry Action，
dns也不能设置，
我就给godaddy发信了，
回复说：
Our domain administrators have verified that WEST.TC is involved in a dispute with the .TC Registry. Unfortunately at this time, the domain will remain inactive until the .TC Registry resolves the dispute. At that time, you will be notified directly by the registry.

请部这个到底是什么问题？
