bluehost账号被封停了，该怎么办？

今天收到邮件，然后发现账号被停了，使用账号密码登陆bluehost后台，已经不能正常访问了，登陆后是一片空白。被停了原因是内个蛋疼什么被列入了Spamhaus的黑名单，但是我去Spamhaus上也找不到被停了IP记录，不知该怎么办。
现在空间也快到期了，但是数据没有保存下来，，，，我该如何联系bluehost先帮我激活账户，我想备份一下文件，，，，

让他们帮你解封空间，告诉他们你想解决这个问题，如果是被攻击，那么就把域名解析走就是了，你进入空间后先备份，实在不行就找客服要网站备份，我想他们应该会有备份的。
