LP主机退款从申请到完成历时六小时，未扣费

“refund the entire amount, less any set up fees or domain registration fees”. 我理解“domain registration fee”当然肯定要扣（但我没申请新域名），而“less any set up fees”应该是分手青春损失费，$30小于$4.95x12x5x(85%-70%),且以后折扣差(85%-70%)一直有，实际上也没扣，白用20天（如果gd主机$4.99x0.7用一个月，下次是不是就不算新用户就不能享受优惠？）；

70%的优惠说是全部都打折，但shell access不但没打折，还得买cpanel，且一次付五年也没折扣，算我大款吧，唉，支付的shell access费已经超过主机费约20%,【本来主机重要性应该远远大于shell access,后者只是方便使用
