谁能解释下米国主机WH的疯狂？1.5M每秒下载的极速？

从大洋彼岸连接过来的速度大大超过国内网站，1.5M每秒下载的极速，谁能解释下???

我在北京连接webhostingpad.com刚才（2013.1.25, 03:56）wget下载网页速度应该与看网页时速度一样：

疯了，WH速度怎么这么快？

我刚才在北京连接webhostingpad，下载一个文件，速度竟然1.5M/s,通常美国主机速度可能只有大约30k？
