LP base主机SMTP邮件怎么设置？头大了

用的DEDECMS程序
在本地用smtp.qq.com可以发邮件，但是放到LP空间就报错：
Trying to smtp.qq.com:25 Error: Cannot connenct to relay host smtp.qq.com Error: Connection timed out (110) Error: Cannot send email to lilin@coob.cn

把mail.fanxianke.com 做了A记录解析到了lp空间地址，把fanxianke.com作为MX解析到LP空间地址。并在cPanel添加了admin@fanxianke.com的邮件帐户。
用foxmail smtp pop3都用ip地址或者mail.fanxianke.com，设置好帐户密码后能收发邮件。

但是在网站设置用mail.fanxianke.com为smtp来发邮件，就是不行，以及在本地用mail.fanxianke.com来发也不行。

不用smtp，可以发邮件了，这个问题可以不做讨论了。

我用的是sendmail
在lunarpages上试了几次smtp都发送失败。后来改用了sendmail方式后，成功
乱码也解决了。
