意思是叫你写一下退款的原因.

你可以这样写"This is because in China visit is very unstable."

意思就是在中国访问不稳定.

我是这样写的,

他们还会再给你写信,是叫你再次提供购买时的信息,

回那封信时,一定要填写的和购买时的信息一样,

这样,再等10来天,大概算可以收到退款,

不过,我是等了十天,又写了封催款的信,结果第二天就退回来了.

写英文信,可以,先写中文,然后到GOOGLE上自动翻译一下,我就是这么干的.
