求翻译。主机退款

godaddy主机去年用过几个月，然后申请退款了。前天godaddy既然自动续费扣了信用卡里面的钱。
我发邮件给godaddy，要求他们退款。他们回复邮件如下：

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

I understand you have canceled the hosting in the account. As you have canceled your services we will be issuing you an In-Store Credit to your Go Daddy customer account. An In-Store Credit is an account credit that can be used for any future orders by selecting In-Store Credit in the shopping cart. These funds cannot be used for Automatic Renewals.

Please reply to this email with your confirmation to process the In-Store Credit for the canceled item(s).

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

这个意思到底是退还是不退呢？是退到账户里面的话请帮我回复让他退到我支付的信用卡里面。万分感激！

可以退到 In-Store Credit这里，好像不能退到其他地方的

In-Store Credit是什么？为什么不能退款到其他地方呢？他是自动给扣的信用卡里面的钱呀。

In-Store Credit相当godaddy一个账户吧！，钱退到这里后可以在godaddy购买其他产品！
