更改不了主域名 请帮忙看下 万分感谢

登录 https://gbclient.hostgator.com/login

在View Hosting Packages 选择  (Change Domain)  输入新域名之后，确认Update Domain 修改后提示以下信息

There was a problem changing the domain name of your account. Please ensure you don't have an additional account already on this server with that domain name.

Click Here to go back.

我现在该如何设置 ，或者我什么地方出错了，我该做些什么。万分感谢

我新注册的域名，没有绑定

        It appear "There was a problem changing the domain name of your account. Please ensure you don't have an additional account already on this server with that domain name" tips when I updated domain name in my account,but it is my new register domain name,and I don't have an additional account on this server with this domain name,so please help me to check it,much thanks!

非常感谢版主 ，我用您写的这段话开始和客服聊天，硬着头皮谷歌翻译，最后他们帮我更改了。

我新注册的域名设置了A记录指向了我的主机IP。需要多长时间才能生效。在我这里ping 没有返回
