请教关于"cancelled from your account"问题

昨天在godaddy.com里边，点着点着，看到一个似乎还没有结账的订单， 是个.org的域名， 今年6月份才到期。
当时我认为是个准备续费，但还没结账的订单，想到到六月份还早，随手就删了这个订单。

今天收到了邮件，说到：
Per your request, the items listed below have been cancelled from your account, 20505146:
.ORG Domain Name Registration - 1 Year: abcdefg.ORG
If you feel this cancellation has occurred in error or you need further assistance, our support staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

我赶紧登录进去一看，这个域名已经不在域名列表中了。很惊讶，我认为是我昨天的操作导致的，于是赶紧给回复邮件：
This is Wrong!
Please give me my "abcdefg.org"
the "abcdefg.org" is mine
thank you

然后收到邮件：
Thank you for contacting online support. If you need to recover this domain you can use the below instructions to recover canceled or expired domains.
Follow these instructions to locate and recover canceled or expired domains.
1. Log into your account
2. click on 'domain manager' under the 'My Products' tab on the left hand column
3. mouse over the domain tab on the upper left corner and click on 'recover expired domains'
4. select the domain/s you wish to recover and click on the recover icon.
this will take the domains to the shopping cart where you can review them and check out.

我照着步骤操作，产生了一个续费的订单，赶紧又续费两年。

我想请教大家，我昨天是做了什么错误的操作，才让我的域名从域名列表中跑出去了，必须要“recover expired domains” 并且续费才能回来。
我现在还蒙在鼓里。
