关于从godaddy转移域名到namesilo

今天从godaddy转移域名到namesilo在这之前不知道.修改了whois信息..现在被锁定60天不能转移.但在namesilo这边说明好像是到那61天会自动转过来是这样吗..如果取消.已经付的款是不是就会退回去paypal ?
