您好数据丢失申请倍偿，之前在你们网站www.hostease.com申请购买了两个window空间，由于你们技术操作不当，在处理之前未进行相关数据备份提示，导致我们网站数据全部丢失，其中包括一个旅游门户www.hnxjh.com，一个商城网站goumai.meitongjiage.com，5个博客网站，导致我们损失很大，到现在事情已经发生8天了，经过多次和你们客服人员沟通，还是未能就赔偿一事达成一致意见，希望你们上级主管部门认证审核我们客户的损失，站在我们客户利益的角度，对你们的操作导致的问题做出对应合理的赔偿方案，谢谢

I had bought double windows system hosts in your www.hostease.com website before.As your improper technology operation,you deal with the server data before you backup them,as a result,all of my website have lost, including a tourist website(www.hnxjh.com), a mall website (goumai.meitongjiage.com),and fives blog website.Eight days have past,I have communication with your service serveral times,but I am regret that we failed agree with each other.Now I hope you superior departments can check our customer loss,and standing in our customer interests angle to make corresponding reasonable compensation scheme, much thanks!
