今天又上不去网站，是BH的问题

今天又上不去网站，是BH的问题
tracert出个IP是美国的上不去
然后把截图发给他们了
他们回了这个东西
大致意思是问我要一些资料
E文好的帮我翻译下

这个都通的，没有什么问题，下面超时的应该是bluehost禁止的
