上面是说使用FTPES or SFTP协议，比如flashxp软件就需要这样设置：
打开Flashfxp中“accuwebhosting”站点的站点管理器(Site Manager) 选项，
设置“Connection Type/ 连接类型”为“ FTP using Explicit SSL (Auth TLS)/ FTP使用外部SSL(认证TLS)”。
如果是其它软件改成相应的链接类型试试。

We enforce the use of the FTPES or SFTP protocols. You will want to make sure that your client supports one of these protocols. You will only be able to use the SFTP protocol with your primary username/password (the same that you use for cPanel).

You will want to check the documentation of your FTP client to see how you can change the server type to SFTP or FTPES for your FTP session. FTPES is commonly called "FTP Auth TLS/SSL" or "FTP over Explicit TLS/SSL" in the configuration area of your FTP session.
