还是主域名问题

好像不是超时：

这是对更换主域名的要求：
Quintin: Before we can proceed with the rename please read and confirm you understand the following:
The process can take 20 mins to 5 hours, depending on the size of your account.
*The main domain can never become the main domain on this account again.
*The username, password, files and databases will remain unchanged.
*Despite this, we recommend that you backup the websites and databases then download them to your computer.
*Website files for both domains involved may need to be moved in order for the sites to function after the rename. You will need to move files for the new primary domain into the public_html directory and files for the old main domain in a subfolder of public_html. The old primary domain can be assigned to this subfolder after the rename is complete. Please note that this will be your responsibility to do, and may cause some site files, scripts or other applications to break, requiring modification to work with the new site location.
*If the current main domain has a third-party SSL purchased elsewhere (e.g. GoDaddy, Thawte), it will no longer be usable as SSL can only be applied to the primary domain on the account.
*Forwarders on these domains will be deleted.
*Any custom DNS changes made to either of these domains will be lost and will need to be redone.

将近4个小时，主域名更换完成。邮件通知。没收费。

仍然无法ping通，还是显示“一般故障”，其它正常网站也一样。应该是被禁止了。

因为是官方禁ping了，所以ping不通的，其次，更换主域名收不收费参考：http://bbs.idcspy.com/thread-742925-1-1.html
