但是现在又有问题了，我帐户输入用户名密码可以正常登录，但是主机控制面板地址输入用户名密码就说我的输入不正确，郁闷中

也不是的，可能是你的账户信息与付款持卡人的信息不一致吧，所以他们才要验证的

Wrong credentials
Wrong user name or password have been specified or account is locked.
登录DotNetPanel 就是这个提示找回密码邮件发了说Sorry, your username field can not be left blank

用户名或密码不正确，先搞清楚是不是你填的那个用户名或密码。

昨天买的，一直是这个状态。

In order to setup your account, we still need to verify your billing account. To verify your account, I will need you to send a copy of your photo ID and credit card (front and back, only the last four numbers need to be shown, the rest blocked out).
这个是我发邮件过去询问，这个是他们的回复，我已经通过邮件添加附件（我的身份证和信用卡照片）发到sales@arvixe.com这个邮箱。但是状态现在还是为验证。接下来我需要做什么？请指教

你发错部门了吧，你发的那个是销售部门，应该是发到他们的验证部门吧.

这个就是sales@arvixe.com这个邮箱发过来的，回复给他们应该没错吧。好像没有专门的验证部门。
是不是（我的身份证和信用卡照片）不是通过邮件给他们验证，通过其他方式呢？
我们现在上午10点多，不知道他们会不会有客服处理问题
