收到GD的邮件，大概是说某些目录超过1024个文件，我已经改过了，可他还是一直发邮件，好像说要回复一句什么话，我就复制了邮件里的二句话回复了，可是不行，以下是他们回复的，高手帮我组织一下语句，我回复一下，省得他们老是邮件**扰我，谢了！

Thank you for contacting Hosting Support. In regards to your hosting account for xxxxx.com:

Thank you for your attention to this issue. It appears that in your reply to our email you have simply copied and pasted the statements we are asking you to make. This is not sufficient to resolve this issue. For legal reasons we need you to make these statements in your own words in reply to this email.





A statement that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the Go Daddy "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement" and

A statement that you will immediately, reduce the combined file/folder count within the above directories to less than 1,024.


For example, "I agree to abide by the terms..." and "I will configure my site in such a way...". Simply copy and pasting our questions wont allow us to close the incident created for your hosting account.

Please contact us if you have any further issues.

The xxxxx.comwebsite has been suspended for violating section 3 "Your Obligations" of Go Daddy's Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement.





The relevant passage of this agreement has been provided below:




"You shall not use the Service in any way, in Go Daddy's sole discretion, that shall impair the functioning or operation of Go Daddy's Services or equipment."




Go Daddy's "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement" is located at the following URL: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=HOSTING_SA


Your xxxxx.comwebsite currently has an improperly configured directory structure. More specifically, the following directories have exceeded the maximum 1,024 file/folder count:





1615, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/images/200709
1287, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/upload/100429
1272, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/upload/101119
1759, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/upload/110101
1460, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/upload/110324
1078, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/upload/101123
1213, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/upload/110117
2498, ./html/www.xxxxx.com/uploads/20090804





The amount of files/folders in the above location(s) are affecting our hosting administrator's ability to efficiently back up your site, and is adversely impacting the performance of global maintenance operations for the shared server. Exceeding this 1,024 file/folder limit can also cause file system latency which reduces the responsiveness of all files contained on this shared server. This affects not only your web site but all other customer web sites utilizing this service.





Go Daddy’s Hosting Support team attempted to contact you via email and telephone in the hope that you could correct this misconfiguration. As we did not receive a response from you regarding these contact attempts, suspending your service was the only available option to resolve the situation.





We understand that this misconfiguration was not intentional; as such we respectfully request that you reduce the file/folder count within the above directories to less than 1,024 total files & folders combined.





You can resolve this issue by simply responding to this notice with the following:




A statement that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the Go Daddy "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement" and


A statement that you will immediately, reduce the combined file/folder count within the above directories to less than 1,024.




After we receive your reply with these statements we will reactivate your web site. (We reserve the right to suspend the site again if you do not immediately correct this misconfiguration.)

        You have suspend my account for some directories have exceeded the maximum 1,024,but I have deleted them, and
        I have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the Go Daddy "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement" and
        I haved reduced the combined file/folder count within the above directories to less than 1,024.
        So please help me to unsuspend my acccount,thanks a lot!
