【求助】按论坛的教程转移域名到GD，出问题了

今天下午域名商那边给我发了域名转移密码，所以在论坛找到了域名转移的教程，想转到GD去，结果就杯具了。
前面一直都没有问题，就是一直收不到“Transaction ID”和“Security Code”的邮件，当时用的是QQ邮箱，后来搜索发现这邮箱收不到，我又去改成了GMAIL，然后联系客户让他们重新给我发一下邮件，结果他们回复如下：

Dear ,

Thank you for contacting online support.

The domain, （域名）, can not be validated as currently registered.  This is why we are unable to send you the transaction id and security code.  If it is currently registered, please contact that registrar and request that this domain be a part of the WHOIS database.  This is the registration database of all domains registered around the world.  Once the domain may be validated through the WHOIS, we can send you the transfer codes to the administrative email address.

Please let us know if we can assist you further.

不存在whois改成英文的，更改过后不能转了的问题
(管理员邮箱不要改)

已经成功解决啦，非常感谢你们，今天一早起来发现邮箱有收到邮件了。看来还是QQ邮箱收不到信的问题   改了WHOIS里的邮箱就好了   再次对你们的帮助表示感谢
