【跪求】GD网站停摆一周了，求英文咨询

Hello:
        My Host space was expired on 2012 April 12,so I renewed it on 2012 April 11,but my website always can't be logined after 2012 April 12(both mian domain name and subdomain),it tips as follow:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle   the request.
Apache Server at www.qiyuan.jp Port 80".
In addition,I can't login FTP and Files Manager,it tips"Could not get directory info" error when I logined,I have contacted you for several times,but the 403 error still can't be solved,so I am anxious about it.Could you help me to check it,thansk a lot!

我使用的是Deluxe - Linux 主机，应该是在今年4月12日到期。我于4月11日是成功续费3年。
但是从4月12日到期后就出现了网站无法登录。（主域名网站和子网站都不行）
提示错误是：
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at www.qiyuan.jp Port 80

并且从控制面板无法登录 FTP files manager , 登录后在右下角提示：Could not get directory info 错误。

最后给GODADDY客服通过邮件解决，结果来来回回几封信也没弄好，最后跟我说要我清除浏览器缓存，能解决FTP files manager 登录错误问题，修改网站目录和文件权限能解决403错误。

但是清除了缓存而且换了 google、firefox、ie等浏览器结果都一样，还是错误。

用flashftp可以登录FTP也修改了文件权限777，仍然是403错误。

求各位高手，现在应该怎么办？

接下来我该怎么用英文求助？？ 谢谢。。。。
