老鹰主机被暂停使用，发了封邮件给我，肯请版主教教我

以上既是老鹰主机发送给我的邮件，大概的意思是不是在说我发垃圾邮件之类的，但实际上我没有啊，我在上面建了两个网站，后来不其中的一个放到香港主机上去了，另一个放在老鹰上面，但那个网站我大概发了可能不知道有20篇文章没，然后感觉老鹰主机速度有点慢就一直没管，昨天我想重新打理一下，却发现上面写到暂停使用。我对上面的邮件回了封邮件（不是很懂英文，也不知道发的对不对）但一直没回复我：

In fact ,I  didn't  know what happened, and  I  know  litter  about  how  to  make a  website, could   you  help  me ?  thanks  a  lot!

恳求版主教教我啊，如果主机弄不回来就算了，虽然浪费了我一百来块钱，但我那网站还有我20篇手工写的文章呢，那时百度收录的很多文章都排在第一的啊。我想要回这个网站的程序内容。

版主，现在的问题是我不知道去哪里检查啊，我的老鹰主机控制面板打不开，FTP也链接不了，我该如何去检查这个文件夹呢？

登陆不了控制面板吗，这个邮件4月2日发的，估计你回复比较迟他们暂停你的账户了，你这样发邮件问问吧

         You have unsuspended my accout for sending spam,but I can't login my cpanel now,therefore,I have no way to deal with it,so please help me to restore my account so that I solve it,thanks a lot!
