100 ip 服务器超载的情况？

这根你日ip没有多大关系，应该是你过多使用和运行了一些程序造成的。bluehost比较稳定吧，但同样也是有限制的，价格从4.95美元开始。

我用这ix近2年的expert plan.一开始经常抽风。最近抽风的情况不出现拉，但是又出现：Your account, or a portion or feature of it, has caused an overload on one of our servers. As you are on a shared hosting environment, we must maintain certain levels of performance for all customers on the server.This is monitored by us and we send these notifications out when we notice that a certain account is causing a load on the server degrading performance for everyone else.Your home folder was limited to FTP access only due to excessive CPU usage.

我的站实际上是用joomla做的英文企业站。到现在8个站的总的访问量1天还没到100ip.竟然出现服务器超载的情况。晕

问题是第二个续期的100美圆已经交了。从4月12日起。现在能退款吗？
