Please include your main domain name along with the attachment.

You can do ONE of the following:

  1) Upload the image to your account and provide us a link to that file.
  2) Reply to this Email with the attachments.
  3) Fax the documents to 1-801-765-1992 ATTN: Verification.  

Make sure to include your main domain name on all documents.

让你提供信用卡正反面的复印件，只要显示信用卡的正面后4位，其他的都遮盖起来就行了，另外还要写上你的域名。
