达人请进，请教刚买的VPS whm/cpanel 问题

刚买的VPS， whm/cpanel 面板，我现在 在 WHM 看 Server Status 如下：

Apache Status：
Failed to receive status information from Apache.
Unable to connect to local httpd server.

Service Status ：有 两个服务
httpd (2.2.14 (Unix)) 和 queueprocd  是 failed 状态的 ，

现在新建的 cpanel账户也登陆不进去 ，现在要怎么搞啊 ？  是 krypt.com 的 VPS 9K， 这家没有即时客服支持的 ，好晕哦 ，请达人帮忙，提供解决办法，O(∩_∩)O谢谢

你肯定安裝好cpanel ?

基本按它 默认的 一步步 都顺利啊 ， 然后 在安全设置那里  保存的时候好像有个 worning 的提示  ，现在 猛收到 cpanel 自动发出的邮件：  

httpd failed @ Sat Jan  9 17:10:05 2010. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method:  [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 80


queueprocd failed @ Sat Jan  9 17:10:05 2010. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method:  [check command]

Cmd Service Check Raw Output: queueprocd is not running

如果是 哪里装错了 怎么办呢 ，能重新安装吗， 谁能判断是  哪里 出错了吗

可 主机 9小时前 才 交付使用，即 9小时 前 才收到 VPS 的登陆 账号密码，8小时前就收到 cpanel   的邮件了 ：

queueprocd on CentOS5.vps.krypt.com failed

发件人：cpanel <cpanel@CentOS5.vps.krypt.com>  查看 添加 拒收

queueprocd failed @ Fri Jan  8 17:12:21 2010. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method:  [check command]

Cmd Service Check Raw Output: queueprocd is not running



可那时 我都还没第一次 登陆  WHM/cPanel  面板， 应该不可能是我安装的问题吧


感觉 krypt.com 真的很烂，下单付款后 30小时 了 才能使用，还没有 即时客服支持 ，出了问题一定辄 都没有
