2.  据我所知，贵司是48个月优惠价288美元的基础上，是还可以有30%的折扣的（如果使用30%优惠码的话），按我的计算是288*(1-30%)=201.6美元。是否可以给到这个价格？
3.  贵司提供30天退款保障，万一空间被封（比如第2个月就被封），那我是否可以申请部分退款？如果可以，退款比例是怎样计算的？

        As far as I know,the preferential of 48 months is based on 288 dollars,and I still can have a discount of 30%(if I use a 30% coupons),therefore,it should be 288*(1-30%)=201.6 dollars according to my calculations,So whether you can give this price or not?
        Your provide 30 days money back guarantee,so whether I can apply a part of refund incase that you suspend my account(Such as you suspend my account in the second month) or not,then what is the refund ratio if I can?
