在后台提交了ticket，可是总收不到回信，请问要如何做？

为什么要退款呢，提交ticket就可以了，你看看你刚买主机时填的联系人邮箱里面有没有回信，应该在那里。

请参考BlueHost退款邮件在哪，另外短时间内不要重复的发ticket。

你是怎么请求的？上面的意思是说你取消了聊天，有什么问题需要帮助欢迎再次咨询或发ticket，没有遇到你的这种情况，你没有和他们聊吗？

意思是说可以申请退款，如果网站有什么问题的话他们可以提供帮助，都是一些试图挽留你的话。如果想退款，就回复他们你想退款。
