arvixe数据库问题求翻译

麻烦版主帮俺翻译下，内容如下

我之前在arvixe美国主机网站购买了三个PersonalClassPro Plan 主机，其中2个使用都正常最后一个空间有问题，具体问题是（在本地测试安装时一切正常，在arvixe主机上安装，程序安装都正常，读写权限也都满足程序需求，安装成功后进入后台提示数据库无数据表，进入数据库看，发现数据库没有写入数据），麻烦官方客服人员帮我检查下，78599 (Username: haonan3) 交易号是54P75888A4158564G。

程序有没有安装正确，如果发邮件估计需要提供具体是那个主机出现这种问题

78599 (Username: haonan3) 交易号是54P75888A4158564G。有这个交易号和我的用户名还不可以吗

似乎除了我的用户密码其他的东西都告诉了，他们官方应该知道是那个主机吧

Hello:
There are three host space in my account,but one of them appeared problem, and the specific problem is when I installed the program, everything is normal,including read and write privileges.After I completed the installation of program,it tips database without data table when I logined into the background of the program,therefore,I checked the database in host space,and I found that no data were written to the database indeed,The account information as follow:
78599 (Username: haonan3)
Transaction number: 54P75888A4158564G.
Please help me to check it,much thanks!
