求翻译,godaddy已经退款，但是我不是想得到退款
我是想2个，1拿回拍卖应该属于我的域名，因为我是第一竞拍人 2恢复我的拍卖帐号

我在2012-01-29拍卖成功域名***.com，当时立刻就使用alipay支付拍卖费用，alipay的交易记录显示扣款成功，并且生成了支付订单信息。
在2012-02-01 AM 3:24  收到 Go Daddy Auctions Team的来信被告知，由于我未支付拍卖费用，已经取消了我godaddy拍卖会员帐号，并且更坏的是
***.com 域名已经通知第二拍卖人去支付。
非常惊讶在godaddy域名拍卖会产生这个结果，我已经支付了费用。于是，我立刻提供了alipay的交易记录信息

Jim Online Support 对我的邮件做出了解释是godaddy系统延迟问题

2012-02-01 AM 9:30 坏消息发生了，我的alipay获得了godaddy关于这次拍卖支付费用的退款。

以上是我这次在godaddy交易发生的事情，我是完全按正常交易的流程来参与拍卖的，但是得到的是不公正的处理结果。
我强调必须纠正这次域名拍卖问题的处理结果：
1.按拍卖流程及协议,我是最高出价人,***.com域名归属权是属于我的.（对于退还给我拍卖费用的方式我不可以接受，我可以重新支付这笔拍卖费用）
2.我没有违反拍卖规则，请帮我恢复godaddy拍卖会员的帐号。

悲剧啊，不过这几天godaddy的确有点问题，用支付宝买主机、域名以及续费等都会延长，不过这个域名已经给第二拍卖人支付了，不知道你可能重新进行支付哦

无论如何，我是第一拍卖人，我走的拍卖流程是合法的，要违规也是godaddy违规了。
这域名怎么也得申述算是我的，我可以重新支付或者换个支付方式，但是域名得是我的

另外申述的邮件怎么发?也和之前一样，直接网站上发给godaddy客服吗？带上自己的pin?

如果这个域名不是我的，大家说godaddy以后都用这类理由，把想拍卖的域名重新收回，内部操作不都OK了
