Thank you for contacting Online Support. We processed refunds for you, these were issued back to the Gift Card that was used. You can check your balance on our site. You can go to the Business tab, then choose E-Gift Card. You will find a tab on the lower section of this page labeled Check Your Balance. You can input check this there.

他们已经给你退款了，告诉你一声而已~

因为你是用Gift Card买的，所以钱也退回到了Gift Card里~

并提示你如何查询Gift Card余额~

在Business标签里的e-Gift Card选项，点击下面的Check Your Balance，输入gift card号即可~
