买了godaddy无限主机3年，同时续费了一个域名，支付宝支付的
现在空间已经用了一年多点，但是这个墙实在是三天两头访问不了，很闹心，于是搬回国内了，然后想把剩下的退款
因为是支付宝的，而且订单里还有不能退的，所以退款被驳回，我后面又发了邮件说明原因，然后他们发了这封邮件给我
是不是我直接回姓名还有国内的地址电话就会有支票寄过来啊，是不是像google的支票那样托收就可以了，不知道我理解的对不对，希望有类似经验的人帮帮忙。

It appears that we are not able to refund back to the method of payment that was used for the purchase.  Attempts to process your refund have been declined through the authorization system.  Due to this error we will need to send you the refund in the form of a check.

To do so, please confirm the name, full address, phone number (and contact person if this is being refunded to a business), this check should be issued to in your response to this email.   Once we receive this information, we will process your request.  Please note, it does take several weeks to refund you through this method, however, it will be done in the swiftest manner possible due to the problem with being able to refund directly through the method of payment that was used for the order.
