Thank you for providing this information. Since you used the payment method in Stratocash of Debit Card via IPS we will need to send you a check. 我也遇到了同样的问题，现在退款就卡在这儿了。希望遇到过同样问题的朋友能帮忙解释一下这到底是什么意思，现在应该怎么做，多谢了

我收到的邮件：
When paying for your account you used the Stratocash option to make payment through your Debit Card (via IPS). With this being done we will have to send you a check for the refund of services.

Please verify the address and the person we should make a check out to for this account. Once you verify this information we can send you a check for your refund.

那这个地址必须得跟注册时的地址一样吗？我注册的时候写的地址不详细，后来他们跟我要的时候我给他们的是详细的地址，这有影响吗？

把详细地址发给他们，要么可能收不到支票
要确认能收信的地址，支票是给你寄过来的
