When we upgrade your shared account to a semi-dedicated account, we're actually going to be moving it to a different server.

There are two ways to do this:

1. We could transfer your existing account and all of your current/old files to the semi-dedicated account.

2. Or we could create a fresh semi-dedicated account for you, which would get rid of all your old existing files.

We will also edit the DNS zone to forward your domain to the new server in the meantime, before you change the DNS to the new nameservers we send you.  This minimizes downtime.

Please let us know how to proceed, and I'll make sure it gets done quickly and correctly.
