Bluehost的cPanel控制面板，文件备份和恢复的问题

以前在其他空间商把我网站所有数据通过cPanel后台的全站备份功能，做了备份，文件是 backup-12.27.2011_15-47-18_xxxxx.tar.gz
现在想用bluehost的cPanel控制面板，把以前备份的文件恢复到这个服务器上。

我选择upload Backup 然后选择文件

确定后就弹出这样的错误信息

要说上传这个压缩文件出错吧，通过上面的按钮选择恢复数据库，上传数据库文件也这样报错。

难道Bluehost的cPanel控制面板不支持其他公司cPanel控制面板的备份的文件吗？
各位大侠请指个招，谢谢。

你那是网站的所有数据是吧，在后台可以通过phpMyadmin功能将数据导入数据库就行了啊！

你换一下其他工具上传试试，如果还是出错，可以联系客服，让他们帮你恢复

也不是一定的，要不要续费跟你的账户具体情况有关。我刚问了转移的相关情况，他们要我提供账户，看了账户就知道了。

问题是我换了其他上传工具，把备份文件传上去了，如何使用后台的恢复功能呢？

再次谢谢你哦，这个问题解决了
我发现另外一个问题，
我有两个域名
一个域名注册商是godaddy 一个是emon
现在想把这两个域名转移到bluehsot
使用cpanel里的域名管理，在取得原注册商的Authorization Info和bluehost的Verification Code之后
好像必须要给新转移的域名续费才能转移成功？
