网址打不开，错误类型404

在godaddy上买了网站空间，ssl证书和独立ip，昨天根据提示步骤上传了ftp文件，建立了数据库，但是网址打不开，提示错误类型404.
给godaddy客服去了信，回复说，让我重命名.htaccess文件，我照做了，问题依然存在。
有没有懂这方面的朋友，帮忙解决一下。
