昨天我又找live chat,威胁再不解决就退款,昨天晚上来的邮件,我用翻译看了之后大致的意思知道了,但不知道细节方面是否准确,请英文好的哥们帮我看看.主要是红色那句,上回一封邮件就有这句话,它的意思是问我问题紧急吗,如果紧急就打电话或live chat.我不懂的是,当我接到这封邮件之后,如果我的问题紧急,是不是还要用live chat再提醒他们一下呢.还是说只要等着就行了,但是已经发过两封类似的邮件了,都是说马上会给解决,但之后都没信了.这回好像是转了部门,但到现在又没信了.
