我在13号申请的LP退款.今天他们给我一个邮件,我看不懂什么意思.请老大帮看看我应该怎么弄..内容如下:

Hello,

I have reviewed the account and I see that the refund was issued on 07-12-07 on our end. Unfortunately we do not have any control over when your credit card company applies these funds back to your account.

I would suggest calling you credit card company to see what their specific policy is.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I will go ahead and close the ticket at this time. If you have any further questions regarding this issue, just reply to the ticket and it will reopen.

我们已经在07-12-07发出退款，但是我们不知道你的信用卡发卡放多久能收到这笔钱，我们建议你打电话问问你的信用卡发卡方。
如果有其他问题请告诉我们

你的信用卡公司应该把这些资金回你的帐户.

那就是我他们已经把钱退给我了?
难道不是直接进入我的信用卡?

是直接进入信用卡，但是显示出来需要几天时间。信用卡不是一退款马上就显示的
