Hi,

Please note that Dedicated IP's need to be allocated to the server and then assigned to specific accounts. For this reason it may take a few days (sometimes betweeen 4-7 days) for the dedicated IP to be assigned.

We will email you at the address on file for your account with the new IP address when it's assigned.
