怎么还没有把钱退给我!

我发邮件让他们退款给我.他们给我回邮件答应退给我.说7月14日退给我并取消我的空间..到现在了还没有推给我.空间后台还能用..我看了下现在是美国时间4点多了..晕啊!!
原邮件如下:

他们退款需要移交到专门的退款部门处理，需要等几天，不是说退款马上就退给你。。。今天不是才14号么
退款以后会发邮件通知你
