If 30 days have passed since your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.” This means that you will receive a prorated refund for the amount of time you have pre-paid for but not used. As with the 30 day guarantee, you will be charged a pro-rated charge for any free domain points you are utilizing as well as a set-up fee if you have not finished your initial billing cycle and did not pay this set-up fee at signup. For a full description of our guarantees, please consult the terms of service.
If you have requested a cancellation of extra products, we will handle that request after we have processed your hosting cancellation. We thank you for your patience as your request is processed.
