嗯 退款成功,不过是用PAYPAL 退的,手续费自理. 客服的素质很差,基本你要把问题重复无数遍,而且每个人都要转到其他部门,刚开始的时候就给它PAYPAL 帐号了,就是不能退. 而且只会用复制,粘贴政策。 最后没办法又打了个电话,说明 确实是在ALIPAY 限制之前提交退款TICKET 的,然后才退. 19号提交的,到30号才退款..英文不好的站长,最好考虑下其他付款方式,信用卡最好。有追诉期.
花了70多刀,就用60几天,传一个网站(4G)花了 20天。 本来早就想换,最近做了很多新站没时间换空间,勉强用了,最后顾客说速度太慢,才更换.

it is not my fault, i apply for refund money in the 88th days. and your staff have not deal with in time ,so the time is more than 90 days,
but it is not my mistake , IXwebhosting billing staff waste the time.
So IXwebhosting must take all duty , and refund my money by alipay. if the money can not refund by the same deal, you can resend money to my alipay account in a new payment., and pay the alipay charge!!!!
