Thank you for contacting support. I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with that. I see here that the domain xxxxxx.com does not have its DNS pointed to us. Notice here that the nameservers are not pointed to us for hosting of the site: http://who.is/whois/xxxxxx.com/

It is going to ns13.xincache.com and  ns14.xincache.com and these are not our nameservers. Our name servers to point the website hosting to us are ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com Then once you make the nameserver change, then you will need to allow for propagation. DNS propagation typically takes 1-12 hours to resolve but can take longer sometimes (up to about 24 hours in some cases).

告诉你需要把你域名的NS修改为他们的NS服务器地址

請改成他們的:ns1.bluehost.com 和 ns2.bluehost.com

修改后,2小時内生效
